1. Digital Product Sales Are Final

By completing a purchase on our platform, you acknowledge and agree that:

• You are purchasing a non-tangible, digital product that is automatically delivered

• You waive your right to withdraw from the purchase once the file is accessible/downloaded

• No refunds will be issued once the download link is sent or the product is accessed

 

2. Limited Exceptions

 

Refunds will only be considered under the following rare conditions:

• You were charged twice for the same product (duplicate transactions only)

• You received a corrupted or incomplete file and we are unable to resend a working version

• You never received the product due to a verified technical issue with our platform and can provide proof of failed delivery

To submit a refund request under these exceptions, you must:

• Allow our team up to 5 business days to investigate

We do not issue refunds based on:

• Change of mind

• Lack of due diligence before purchase

• Misinterpretation of what the product includes

• Dissatisfaction with content after download

• “I didn’t read the details” or “I thought it was something else”

 

3. Chargeback Abuse

 

We actively monitor and dispute all fraudulent chargeback claims. Initiating a chargeback after agreeing to these terms may result in:

• Permanent blacklisting from our platform

• Legal action for digital theft or service abuse

• Reporting to relevant credit fraud bureaus and payment gateways

 

4. Download Tracking

 

Our system records all download attempts, IP addresses, and email confirmations. This data will be used as proof of delivery and may be submitted to payment processors if a dispute arises.
